We’ll be happy to plan a personalized trip for you. Here is how it works:
1 Online meeting
We want to know you and understand what you want your trip to look like. We will also give you an overview of what Alaska travel is all about. By the end of the meeting we should have a good idea of how your trip should look like: dates, route, activities, lodging standard, etc.
Meetings are held online; of course, if you happen to be in Tel Aviv and you want to meet in person over a cup of coffee, just let us know.
- Meeting & trip plan cost: $100
2 Trip plan
Time to transform this rough sketch into a detailed trip plan. We’ll run some availability checks and price your itinerary, then email it to you.
- The trip plan includes a quote for a package of accommodations, transportation and excursions.
3 Bookings
Once you confirm the trip plan, we’ll make the necessary bookings. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and we have a long list of vendors who we trust and love to work with.
About two months before your departure, we’ll send you the final trip document (a detailed and personalized account of each day). We’ll also schedule one more talk to make sure everything is in place – and that’s it, you’re good to go.
- No deposit needed and no cancelation fees until 60 days prior to departure.
4 Support
Weather is a major player in Alaska and it can mess up your plans. So can wildfires, road construction, moose roadkill, ferry strikes and more. If you need any assistance, if you have any questions, if you need to change a booking or add anything along the way, we’re here for you 24/7. We probably won’t be able to control the weather (or the construction), but we’ll do our best to help.
